About the Event
The Women of Excellence Empowerment Gala (WE) is NAWBO Richmond’s signature event that celebrates the 2025 accomplishments of successful women entrepreneurs and community leaders in the Greater Richmond Area. We are excited to announce that this year’s event features a silent auction as well. Stay tuned for more details!
In addition to funds raised from the auction, your partnership will support NAWBO Richmond‘s educational programming and community outreach efforts. Our diverse program offerings provide enriching opportunities for women business owners in the Greater Richmond Region to engage with one another, learn about best entrepreneurial practices, and equip them with the resources to take their businesses to the next level.
What are the Women of Excellence Awards?
This annual event celebrates the accomplishments of successful women entrepreneurs and community leaders in the Greater Richmond Region. Awards will be presented in five categories: Entrepreneur of the Year, Rising Star, Community Leader, Student Entrepreneur of the Year, and Woman in STEM. The event’s presentation will highlight each of the award finalists, their businesses, and their stories. Silent Auction?
We are excited to announce that the Silent Auction will be returning to our 2026 Women of Excellence Empowerment Gala. Proceeds will go towards NAWBO Richmond’s educational programming and outreach to support women business owners in the RVA community.
