Profile: Jennifer Perrow Whitlock co-owns The HelpDesk Company with her husband, Todd Whitlock. As head of Administration and Business Development, Jennifer has seen revenues increase each year since the company was founded in February 2004. Jennifer is active in the community, serving as the President of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO)’s Richmond Chapter and as an Advisory Board Member of ITT School of Business. She is also a member of the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce, The Venture Forum, and Mended Little Hearts. She is an active volunteer at her children’s elementary school and contributes a new creation annually to It’s In the Bag!, the primary fundraiser for the Legal Information Network For Cancer (LINC). With a background in technology recruiting, Jennifer formerly owned Kensington Recruiting. She has also worked as a recruiter for LandAmerica, Xperts, Signet Bank, and IPC Technologies. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia in 1992. She lives with her husband and their two young children in Richmond, Virginia. She enjoys knitting, reading, and hiking.
