Our Meetings
Regular chapter meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month (unless otherwise noted) except July and August when we are on summer hiatus. You may register online or you may call 804.346.5644. You may also register by sending an email to info@nawborichmond.org.
NAWBO Richmond is busy planning another year of exciting programs and networking opportunities that will offer members the opportunity to share their products and expertise. If you have an idea for a program or would like to be a member of the Programs Committee, please let us know. We are actively pursuing speakers for the 2011-2012 program year.
NAWBO Richmond relies on the direction made by the program committee in choosing its speakers. The committee identifies program topics, reviews speakers and manages these programs on a volunteer basis. The committee may contact you for additional information. However, please be aware that the decisions remain the sole discretion and responsibility of NAWBO Richmond.
Meeting Sponsorship
Meeting sponsors have the opportunity to directly market to our program attendees. If you care to apply for sponsorship, please submit the Sponsorship form and submit it via email to our Sponsorship Chair.
Sponsor Benefits:
• Meeting sponsorship cost $250
• Sponsor receives 2 program admissions including buffet lunch
• Sponsor receives recognition and promotion on all event collateral (ie. website, email campaign, etc.)
• Sponsor may place marketing or promotional materials at all place settings
• Sponsor may present to program attendees for 5 minutes prior to featured speaker
• Sponsor has opportunity to network with attendees before and after featured speaker
Monthly meeting Speaker Request for Proposal
NAWBO Richmond provides an educational component at most of its monthly meetings. Attendance at monthly meetings averages 50 people. The program year runs from September to June. Speaker forms can be submitted via email to info@nawborichmond.org. Please submit your form by July 31.
We generally look for speakers who are willing to share their expertise without expectation of payment in the spirit of networking. In return, we promote your event through multiple resources and allow you to promote your services/product during the program.

Please note that if you register for a meeting but don’t attend, we will charge your credit card or invoice you. We must give a binding count 48 hours prior to the meeting. If you must cancel, you need to do so at least 48 h ours before the event. Thank you.
